When will my order be ready?

Stores generally will be open for three weeks.  After the store is closed the work begins!  All orders will be completed within three weeks of store closing.

How do I pay?

Credit or debit card payment is available at checkout.

 

How will I get my order?

You have the option of either store pickup, or for an additional fee to have it shipped.

 

 

How do I order the correct size product?

We encourage our customers to look at the Sizing Chart section of every item they are thinking about purchasing. This is where you will find the “Manufacturer's Recommended Size Chart”.   Specific sizing details are listed below the product image. To get the most accurate size, we recommend you find a similar product at home, and measure it in inches and match those measurements to the Manufacturer’s Recommended Size Chart. Unfortunately, every t-shirt maker has some degree of manufacturing tolerance, which is to say, the distance in inches could have up to a 10% variation, plus or minus.

 

Is there a minimum order to purchase?

No! Buy one custom item or one thousand, we're happy to help you either way.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges for the selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, spelling, etc. If you have any questions while placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you get what you want.
